After a long sabbatical, The Mi Arbolito Condos located on 6th and Upas at Balbo Park are back up for sale.  An investor came in and bought the entire building in a bulk purchase and is kicking off the grand opening for sales this week.  The prices start in the low $900,000 range, but there is just one condo per floor.  The  Mi Arbolito floor plans are all identical, but are a well thought out design and some of the lower floors have larger balconies to make up for the lack of views.
