The annual Coronado Art Walk takes place tomorrow Saturday, September 15 and Sunday, September 16 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at the Ferry Landing in Coronado, at Coronado’s bay front. If you’re in town this weekend, and feel like getting out for a delightful day of art and culture, this 2-day walk is sure to please.

Coronado Art Walk is free, a community event featuring local artists of various mediums. 113 artists will present their finest work featuring paintings, ceramics, sculptures of glass, wood, and pottery, handcrafted jewelry, and photography.  If you feel like getting involved, interactive art activities like face painting and hat-making will be available.

Three cheers for the Coronado Historical Association for sponsoring the art fair, and fostering creativity and art appreciation in our community.  If you’re in downtown, San Diego, hop on the ferry, or Coronado,  jump on your bike, or on your way to the beach, stop on by and join in the festivities.
