Bosa Development closed escrow on the old Paladion Mall property earlier this month for $27 million.  At one time the Paladion was a high end retail building featuring 116,351 sq/ft which was occupied by world famous designers and restaurants like BICE.  After several years, the economy in San Diego went south and the Paladion was actually closed down.

Bosa Development plans to build condos there in the future, but for now it is likely they will rent out the retail space until they develop plans for high-rise condos and get the land entitled.  Bosa is the single largest owner of Land in Downtown San Diego that is to be developed for residential use.
