Maker’s Quarter is a major component of the IDEA District San Diego, which was revealed at a recent public event in the East Village.  Developers, Architects, Public Officials, Artists, and more gathered to learn more about this exciting development.

Conceptual drawings included mixed-use buildings housing offices, apartments and  retail spaces, and developers are looking to include an open marketplace with  community gathering spots.

In an exclusive interview with Sherm Harmer of Urban Housing Partners, details were revealed about what will certainly be a catalyst for exciting development in the blocks that span from 14th Street  to 17th Street, and Broadway to G Street.
