La Vita Condos Little Italy
Last night, many residents and guests of La Vita condos Little Italy attended Harcourt’s Pacific Realty’s “Everything You’ve Always Wanted to Know About la Vita and Buying and Selling your real estate in little italy san diego” seminar held in the la Vita amenity room.
We all enjoyed Little Italy’s delicious Landini’s pizza and listened to Marco Li Mandri, President of the Little Italy Association of San Diego talk about the many wonderful plans for the Little Italy neighborhood…..There’s a new 14,000 sq. ft. Hanson’s Organic Food Market going in at Beech & Kettner, the County building’s water parks are well on their way to opening soon, and there will be a new off-leash dog park coming as well. All great benefits for our residents!

Sabrina Afkhami, Property Manager extraordinaire of la Vita then talked about the many enhancements/improvements coming to the la Vita property and announced that the litigation with the builder has been positively settled.
Laura Wills Ochoa and Chad Dannecker shared tips for mastering the current real estate market including how condo prices are now compared to last year (June 2012 montly average sales price of $475,254 vs. June 2013 monthly average sales price of $536,806), how to price your condo for a quick sale at the highest price, and how a buyer can get their offer accepted by the seller.
La Vita Litigation has settled!
They reviewed the current downtown, Little Italy, and la Vita available inventory (204 properties currently for sale in downtown San Diego, 38 in Little Italy, and 6 in la Vita). Check out our detailed information including an excellent video tour of la Vita Condos San Diego.
Laura Wills Ochoa offered potential condo-buying clients a great offer…if you entrust her as your Realtor when buying a condo in downtown San Diego, upon close of escrow, she will have your new home professionally custom-painted at no cost as a courtesy to thank you for your business.
Robin O'Beese says:
Sabrina Akhami, what a great manager! Awesome at her job! Manager extraordinaire for sure! she is great friends with our HOA lawyer. I hear her husband is a first class building engineer. I wish we could get him to work at la Vita. She has done a good job with recommending JWC on so many construction projects. We should get them to do all our reconstruction work. We should also give her a bonus because I hear they love her at Treo and want to steal her back!
Chad says:
Thanks for the great feedback! It’s good for buyer prospects to get some feedback on how a building is managed.
