Downtown Condo Buildings in Litigation

san-diego-webDowntown condos are HOT right now. In the San Diego market we deal with locals but also get a lot of out of state and foreign nationals who purchase here. It is always smart to go into Real Estate with as much knowledge as possible whether you are a first time home buyer, looking for a second home, or an investment. Litigation is something we are familiar with working Downtown but can be something new for clients who aren’t in areas where they come across it much.

Downtown San Diego Real Estate Knowledge

Litigation is definitely a scary word when you aren’t aware of what it mean. Below is a chart of all the Condo Buildings Downtown who are in Litigation, Resolved Litigation or are in No Litigation. If you are interested in these buildings you should be aware of the background. Most lender will require 20% down if the building is in Litigation. Most building will give you a minor summary of the Litigation details but when purchasing a property you will receive the HOA Documents which will reveal all the current information and updates on the Litigation.
