Maker’s Quarter is certainly the most innovative project ever designed to create a new neighborhood experience in Downtown San Diego.  The impacts will likely change the reverse commute effect in place right now and will solve the lack of high paying jobs that has been prevalent in 92101.

Neighborhoods like Golden Hill and Sherman Heights will also feel more connected to downtown by the addition of freeway lids and removal of blight in the far east extremities of East Village.

Three of the 6 block developments are already under way with project completion slated for 2025.
