Pacific Gate by Bosa Development is by far the most luxurious tower Downtown San Diego has ever seen.  We were fortunate enough to be invited to go on a cruise on the Official Yacht for Pacific Gate, the Pacific Dream.  Residence owners at the 41 story, 450 foot tall Pacific Gate will be able to book the 45 foot Pacific Dream yacht in increments of 4 or 8 hours and the boat will be captained at all times.

Bookings allow residents to cruise the bay or go up to 25 miles offshore.  The boat is ideal for entertaining as it has a large rear deck, full kitchen with bar set up, dining area and two estate rooms and 2 restrooms.  There is a large sundeck on the bow of the yacht as well for relaxing and enjoying San Diego’s many sunny days.

Pacific Dream cost approximately $1.5 million and will be docked at The Sunroad Marina on Harbor Island. The Yacht feature 2 engines and plenty of space for groups up to 20 people.
