Wow, what a wild ride it has been this year. With Covid-19 we saw both jet engines sputter and the real estate market took a kamikaze dive almost straight down.  This included many canceled contracts, withdrawn listings, little to no showings, and of course little to no new contracts.

 

But somehow, the Southern California and San Diego markets proved their resilience.  Just as we all feared a crash, both engines fired back up and this market’s engines rocketed off into space.  I mean full on afterburners blazing.  Who would have imagined?
