Chad Dannecker was recently on The Craig Sewing Show on March 7 where he discussed DecoBike San Diego, a citywide bikeshare program that is new to San Diego. He also spoke about the new Bosa building, currently called Parcel 9, and the latest updates on that project. Parcel 9 is slated to be Super Prime Real Estate, which is defined as “ultra-luxury residential real estate located in world-class cities that are situated in irreplaceable locations and designed by world recognized architects and interior designers”.
