In order for this development to occur, Manchester agreed to include a new $165 million Navy headquarters building within Manchester Pacific Gateway. Along with the Navy headquarters, Manchester Pacific Gateway will also include 5-star resorts, class A office space, luxury retail shopping, fine dining, an open park, entertainment, cultural space and public parking. Now that financing has been secured and arranged, Manchester Pacific Gateway is able to finalize its future tenants. This incredible waterfront development will have a tremendous impact on the beauty and appeal of the downtown San Diego area.
