We are delighted to announce that we just moved our office.  We are now located in the Prestigious Marina District at 620 First Avenue.   The new office is located Directly accross the street from Ralph’s Grocery store and next to It’s a Grind Coffee in the ground floor of Renaissance Condos.

We work with Urban Real Estate Services and Urban Housing Partners which do much of the land entitlement for new developments in Downtown San Diego.  They also manage a number of new condo sales downtown San Diego and offer great insight into the future developments taking place in Downtown.

One of the many benefits of our move is that we are close to FREE Parking at Horton Plaza – 3 hours free with validation which does not require a purchase. Another option is the Ralph’s parking lot which is perfect if you are stopping by for a quick visit as it is 2 hours FREE parking if you buy something.

As part of our move, we now offer full service property management and the same great service you have come to expect from our team.  We are open Daily from 8am-6pm M-F and 9am-6pm on Saturday & Sunday.
