Although the address indicates Harbor Club is located at 100 & 200 Harbor Drive, it is actually located between 2nd and 3rd Avenue and J and K Streets on the southeast edge of the Marina District. With an address that sounds as Prestigious as 100 Harbor Drive, can you blame the owners for not wanting to change?
Harbor Club Downtown San Diego
Harbor Club consists of two-luxury glass high-rise towers and was completed in 1992. Harbor Club Condos sit adjacent to the Martin Luther King Promenade, a beautifully landscaped linear park that is a favorite for pedestrians, joggers, and dog walkers. Its public art enhancements celebrate the dreams of Dr. King. On the street level at Harbor club, you will find Morton’s Steakhouse, a great place for an elevated dining experience.
Harbor Club is among the finest luxury buildings in downtown San Diego and boasts some of the most elegant common areas in the city. The lobby areas have recently been remodeled and are rich with marble stone and wood throughout. The 6th-floor amenity level deck was remodeled in 2010 and includes a new pool, jacuzzi, patio surfaces, new patio furnishings, new landscaping and two new water features which include a fountain that it also has a fire feature. The fitness center equipment was also replaced in 2010, plus new wall-mounted flat-screen televisions.
The monthly HOA dues range from $1300-$2000. Harbor Club condos offer only three-floor plans per floor with one of the floor plans being a very unique and rounded “bubble unit” that is one of the best floorplans in all of San Diego. Harbor Club floor plans range from 1036 sf for the one bedroom plan to 1474 sf for the Bubble Unit and 1572 for the other 2 bedroom floorplan.

The Architecture is very contemporary and the Harbor Club floor plans have proven to be timelessly popular. The majority of the residences at Harbor Club boast spectacular views of the San Diego Bay, Coronado, Pt. Loma, and the City. The ceiling heights in the residences top out at 8’ and there are soffits that drop the ceiling heights to 7’ in some areas. Given the age of the building, most residences have been remodeled and have custom interiors, but there are still opportunities to buy residences with the original finishes for lower prices if you wish to do a total renovation.
Harbor Club is one of the best locations in downtown San Diego and the building is truly a treasure. Owners of Harbor Club condos enjoy fine San Diego living.
