San Diego Padres Condos

Welcome to the home of the San Diego Padres.  Downtown San Diego’s flourishing East Village Neighborhood is one of the fastest up-and-coming “in places” in Southern California.  With all of the entertainment including Padres Baseball, the Gaslamp Quarter’s restaurants, bars, clubs, and the magical San Diego Bay, it’s no wonder why East Village, now being called “the EV” is THE place to be.

Petco Park Condos & Lofts

San Diego Padres Condos surround Petco Park and offer up some great options for living.  There are actually Petco Park Condos that are located on the property at Petco Park just outside of left field.  One of the most exciting buildings at the Padres ballpark is The Legend condos complex.  The Legend is a baseball lovers delight with a flair of luxury which includes a pool, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, and a seventh-floor deck with a full outdoor kitchen, BBQs, bar, big screen TV, and fire pits.

Enjoy the excitement of the Padres home games from this private outdoor patio or go downstairs to Proper Pub or Wine Steals and don’t mess with cooking yourself.  Proper brews some tasty craft beers and Wine Steals sells bottles of wine at retail price and you just pay a small corkage fee.  Do you like Mexican Food?  Head straight over to El Vitral and try one of their 250 tequilas or their delicious tacos.

Petco Park Condos

So high-priced luxury San Diego Padres Condos aren’t for you?  Head over to Icon San Diego Condos and check out moderate-priced condos with an Iconic Style that’s BOLD living.  Highlights include a rooftop 27th-floor skybox looking straight into the Padres Stadium.  This hip and happening deck includes a 60″ flatscreen TV, BBQs, bar-style seating, and couch-style terraced seating.  Icon Condos also offer a community room and movie theater room.  If you get hungry, walk directly out of the lobby across the street and check out the famous Tilted Kilt restaurant and Pub.

Do ordinary Downtown San Diego condos bore you?

If you have a great imagination and like loft-style buildings?  Then don’t dare miss out on Parkloft, also referred to as Park Loft, San Diego Padres Condos.  This building lacks all of the amenities of Icon & The Legend but makes up for it with HUGE open spaces that dare to be decorated.  If you are creative and like design, architecture, and charisma, then Parkloft may be the place for you.  In the chic spirit of Parkloft, stop by Bar Basic on J Street to get your creative juices flowing and enjoy fantastic pizza, salads, and adult beverages.

What’s wrong with Tradition?  If you are looking for a great traditional San Diego Padres condo, then don’t miss out on The Mark CondosThe Mark has the best traditional-style condos with amazing views, well-designed floor plans, and a clean and classic feel.  The Mark is second to none in amenities and the overall quality of the building is stellar.  If you want to check out The Mark Condos, I recommend heading over on a Thursday evening to check out live music at the restaurant and bar at the Indigo Hotel on the corner of Island and 9th Avenue.

East Village San Diego Condos

I just want to have fun!!!!  If you just want to buy a place that is in the middle of Party Central, then don’t miss out on Alta Condos.  Alta condos offer great views of Petco Park and Stingaree, one of San Diego’s hottest nightclubs.  Sit out on your deck and maybe you’ll spot Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, or Nick Lachey…  Alta features smaller spaces, but very cool, contemporary, and stunning interiors along with a great pool, jacuzzi, and amenity room.

If none of the above doesn’t seem to hit the spot for you, then you may consider Diamond Terrace Condos, M2i Condos, or Park Terrace.  If you visit East Village, you should definitely check out the East Village Tavern and Bowl and certainly need to grab a Coffee at Java Jones on 9th Ave.  With more great establishments like Bub’s Whiskey Dive, they serve tater tots, coming to town you can’t miss out on all the fun in the EV.   East Village fun is contagious so come live it and love it!!
