Condos at Cityfront Terrace…

…in Downtown San Diego have had some drastic changes over the past 18 months.  The litigation settlement was one of the largest for a high-rise condo building in San Diego and now that construction is near completion, the common areas at Cityfront are back to their grande state.

Brick Condo Building Downtown San Diego

Over the past 18 months, Cityfront Terrace Condos, like many other high-rise condo projects, underwent a major transformation during their post litigation construction.  This  New York styled brick condo building had all of the outdoor common area walkways and decks refinished; they literally pulled up all of the old limestone, had to re-hot-mop underneath it and then put in all new limestone blocks.

The pool and upper level gazebo deck were also completely refinished including the addition of a new BBQ, warming tray, outdoor gas stove and even an outdoor fire pit.  Both the pool and the Jacuzzi were completely refinished and every aspect of the building screams of new…except of course for the ultra classic style of 1920’s Soap factory building which is a fine piece of San Diego History.

The interior of the building offers up that new car smell…  Cityfront Terrace interior renovations included new paint, carpet, base boards, door trimming, door light fixtures, number plates for each door and even some stylish wall paper accents to finish it off.  The main lobby benefited from new furnishings and some accessorizing that helped to showcase the already elegant character.

If you had been to City Front 14 months ago, it looked tired and weathered in the common area hallways.  Now this classic brick condo building has had a face lift, a tummy tuck and is in tip top shape.  Let’s just say Cityfront is ready to run in the Rock’n Roll Marathon later this spring.
