Renaissance Condo in Downtown San Diego
The title truly describes the Condo, in this case. Renaissance is located at 645 Front Street in the middle of the Marina District. While this location has always been perceived as the most valuable in Downtown San Diego, residents at Renaissance had suffered through the most difficult remediation of “construction defect litigation” of any residential building.
That is all in the past and Renaissance has become one of the fastest selling buildings in Downtown. The landscaping and stonework on the building has all been replaced.
